Where a home loan comparison rate is stated as being based on $150,000 over 25 years, it applies to that example. Read each displayed comparison rate together with the relevant lender’s calculation basis and qualifications.

For fixed-rate and interest-only products, the calculation may include assumptions about the rate and repayment arrangements that apply after the initial period ends.
